the lighting skill like when i use it i can fight lighting weak monsters with it? or is it for the spirit thingy? can someone explain plz

If you're talking about "Lightning Charge" then that will give you the Lightning element allowing you the elemental bonus on lightning weak monsters when you use your attacks. "Sparks" is like an additional attack.

so lightning charge doesnt raise damage on neutral monsters? even when it says +120% dmg?

mizark95 : so lightning charge doesnt raise damage on neutral monsters? even when it says +120% dmg? It raises your damage on monsters neutral to lightning. You get a bonus to enemies weak to it though. And a penalty for those immune or resistant to it. Just like any other element.
