i looked it up on the rankings and all the players are exactly as he has them posted...i think he was one of the first people to play or bought the ign's because 17, and 22 rankings for level 200, and he definately still plays naruto or he hacked the acc's deleted the chars, stole IGN...but i like the first idea better i talked to him yesterday and asked about his lifeguard ting, said he got a long time ago and didn't remember...
