Hey guys, i am kind of new to these two items, so i was wondering if i can only wear one of them at same time. If it is true, may i know which one is more worthwhile? + 4 dex tbn (250mil) or +4 dex rat mouth (350mil) Thank you.

Take the rats mouth :D why would you want to look like Pinocchio anyways? If you're looking meso wise... then don't get either, 4 dex is not worth 250mil or 350mil S:

If you really need that 4 dex, then go for it. But otherwise, i'd say don't.

try a godly dex overall... th at will help if you really need that dex. i find those items useless and a showoff for anyone rich enough to use them.

Don't get either. I'm 100% sure that with that 250m mesos, you can get ATLEAST 5dex more on your overall.
