Probably from the merchant inbetween Orbis and Aqua, or the one in kerning swamps.

You can buy them north of elinia I think. Not sure about Kerning. xD Edit: Might be the other way around. Check kerning first. :P

The Tree That Grew something. It's between Ellinia and Perion. You can also get them from EOS Tower, but I don't remember which floor the NPC is at.

Whoops. sorry. The scroll seller in Kerning does not have bow scrolls.
