| sharkwave never replaces blast. Sharkwave is only good for mobs that are far away or spread out. You should use blast when when the mob is tight and close. and if u max eenergy charge it becomes stronger. Booster only increases the lasting time and cost. |

Energy Blast is much stronger than Sharkwave on fewer monsters that are more compacted into mobs. I even still use Energy Blast sometimes on my Buccaneer when I have Dragon Strike, it's a good mob finisher since it's faster than Dragon Strike is. |

Thanks Yes, it pretty much does for most intents and purposes. Sharkwave is good for Close Mobs and Spread Mobs, that doesn't matter. What matters is the amount of monsters hit. On a mob of 4, Sharkwave is basically equal to Blast. Any more and it is clearly superior. Most people also ignore how pathetically easy it is to have a mob of 5+ with Sharks. If you can't have over 5 monsters at any distance in front of you, then you are doing something very wrong. In my opinion, there is NOT any use in maxing Blast over Booster, except for some extra efficiency in levels 70-75ish at WRs. 11 Blast is perfect before then, and is the most you should ever really need. It serves as a fine finisher as well, if you felt like Closing in on a monster anyway. |
