I have a lv 54 wind archer and it isn't a STR less Bowman I have a Z helm, and 8 ATK WG, with few mil to spare My dmg range is 575-1009 IS IT SO WEAK?

No, you don't, though sometimes it does look like it. However, what is your STR Stat for example? If that's too high, it will be a disadvantage to your damage. Also post your other equips. If you're using clean equips next to that ZHelm, it isn't that much of a benefit.

3 things to consider: 1) equips (plz list them to let us know the problem easier) 2) stats (STR and DEX?) 3) blessing of fairy (wat's ur lvl of this skill?)

You're a CK and you already get the equivelant of a 54 dex robe at level 54, I have glittering earrings, a deputy star, 10 atk wg, glasses, and a 78/5acc olympus and I still do 102 points less damage then you at 57. Just keep going.
