Arent we supposed to give the 10 mil first then recive egg or when do we have to give the 10m il?

You get the egg before paying 10mil.

You get the egg, then when it hatches, you have to get this item to make the mount strong enough to support your character (it costs 10mil). Then when you return to the person who has your egg, you receive a free saddle and your new mount. So therefore, you pay the 10mil after.

Don't have to hatch it...when it's legs are out your good to go..
