It's rare. Using 45 mins of 2x drop per day I only got a few in a week.

unknown113 : ahh crap........ how long did you train at the temple a day? and on what monster? thanks I just went all they way doing those kill 999 [insert ToT monster] all the way to lyka. One quest a day. Then training on those last armor guys. But I haven't found any pieces training off them. I think oblivions have higher drop rate found two in 5 minutes once. Prolly just luck though.

Chief oblivion guards. Thats where i got most of my time pieces. Drop is generally by luck and quite random though. Using 2x drop, I can get anywhere from 1 to 3 pieces of time in an hour. In two weeks of playing randomly, I was able to get 29 pcs. Let me warn you though, those guards hit really hard, so bring lots of pots when hunting. Good luck
