Ok i gave him the gold teeth and i finished the quest.Do i need to do anything else before going to him?After i do the quests and done with everything how do i get in or exactly go to him.(Buying a helm)

Yes. Once you turn in the Gold Teeth you can enter the Altar right after that.. you don't have to start anymore quests.
