i was wondering if they stilll drop...and if they do how rare are they... cause itwould be sweet to have one

Most tubes, snowboards and surfboards are dropped with events related to spring or summer seasons, so I doubt they are available at this time of the year. Good luck at getting one at auctions, FM or MTS.
