You have to buy both Warcraft3 RoC and FT. Only 30$ ~ 40$. @Above, it's impossible now. You need a legit WC3 RoC and FT key to get on battle.net. Before it was only FT key to get on FT meaning you can generate a RoC key, but now they changed it so you have to use both keys. Edit: If you do play and it's your first time, go in noob only games. People are pretty harsh to noobs.
