muffinatorWell today I was watching the news, and they keep talking about how the N1H1 virus will see a skyrocket when school starts (if it has not already started for you). So the question is - Are you scared? Me, no. I personally think that we should pay more attention to the normal influenza, as it has been proven more "violent". Also, the media is blowing this up way to much. Not as much as "Where is Michael Jackson getting buried?" but still to much.

Are you sure you're not talking about H1N1?

Its like a bad cold for a week, and like if you get it a few times, you'll build up an immunity for it. Just stay in shape, eat well, and treat yourself well and you'll be fine. Btw, theres a vaccine for it. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/09/090903064927.htm

I'm scared if it mutates.

H1N1* Nah, it's the same as normal flu. It's only dangerous to the elderly and people with underlying health conditions, just like a regular flu. Even if we do all have Swine Flu, it might just turn into another normal flu-type thing. :P But you never know. Genes might mutate.

It is H1N1 and no I'm not scared. Although there was a case where a pregnant woman was put into a coma with it and lost the baby. I guess I don't need to worry about that though, haha.

I live in Mexico and no I am not worried at all what is going to happen will happen theres no point going paranoid over it even though I think like the last few "Pandemics" its will just die when its political use diminishes.

just do what you would normally do anyday, wash your hands after touching anything, stay clear of sick people, and just relax, it's not deadly, it will just make you cough and wheeze for a few days. Besides,I heard they made a vaccine already, not tested though

School started a long time ago for me when H1N1 was considered serious. Yeah, in the first few weeks, more and more people will get sick. But after that, life returns to normal.

I was when it first came out. Not anymore, though.

I'm not scared.. Since I've already had it and have been quarantined.. At least, I know what I'm up against if it strikes me again.

Rawky : I'm not scared.. Since I've already had it and have been quarantined.. At least, I know what I'm up against if it strikes me again. if it mutates, you're then put back at risk.
