Unable to delete mail

when i go to delete my mail, i check the box and click deete. the site takes me back to the homepage then i go back into my mail and all the messages are still there..i understand that msgs are deleted after 10 days, its just really annoying not being able to delete my old mail

Huh...that's odd. It doesn't happen to me. Try clearing your cache (Ctrl+F5) and restarting your internet browser.

Did your messages get deleted after ten days, or did they not? If they didn't - submit a report. If they did or those ten days have yet to pass - please wait patiently.

I just deleted a PM just fine. Did you check off a large number of them? That may be why...
