Should i max Lightning Charge or Booster and what does Lightning Charge even do it says it raises Atk but all i see go up is my magic Atk not normal

Lightning charge. It raises elemental attack- that's why magic attack goes up.

Lightning Charge increases your damage by a % when you attack, so it won't be visible in your damage range. Assuming it works like a Paladin's Charges.

i ask this same question i prefer to max lightning charge you will notice the dmg on slimy(or anything weak to lighting)

Max Lightning Charge. It raise your damage PERCENT. Not the damage range. Besides, you max booster after you get Speed Infusion. (110+)

Lightning charge provides 20% more damage and 50 % more damage if it's lightning weak. Leave booster at 11 and max it in the 100s and save points for Speed Infusion. Lightning charge is useful.
