so i got an e wand 5 , bought 7 60% wand m attk scrolls , 1st worked , 2nd worked , 3-7 effin failed =.= FAIL lol random .... true story :P

Well a friend yesterday bought all time pieces (450m spent there) and made a Reverse Staff. He scrolled it with 60% and just 1 worked, then he hammered it twice, and it ended up as 1/9 rofl, just 1 worked...
