circlet as in the level 50 helmet with a luk req and it doesn't add butt loads of def, luk, and has 10 slots? maybe like 7mil~10mil.

Accept the 60m offer. I've seen 13 dex 15 int helms go for 50m; as int is your main stat, go for the helm.
