Night Lords arent boring... Considering the Mobility + Speed, + The Avoid.... + The fact that they are ranged... + The damage, they are pretty fun. And no, it isnt just spamming the same skill over and over. We are the KINGS/QUEENS of mobility... And you cant take that away from us Shadowers. This is Just to Say to all the people complaining about how boring Night Lords are... Go make one urself (If you have made one, theres no reason to complain) Ok im done. Flame all you want.

NL's do more Dpm with TT than most classes do with thier skills. The only two classes that hit faster than a NL is Corsair and BM. Who wouldnt want a class that hits hard, is fast, and almost never gets hit? and who cares if they're not as fun as shads? We get cool skills like meso up, alchemist, ninja storm, shadow shifter, taunt, venom star, shadow claw, and the list goes on.. so plz dont say they're weak/boring..cuz ur wrong..and oh yeah..TT :D

anyone can just say "all nl got is TT and FJ". i can say "all dk got is crusher and dragon roar", or "all saders got is combo and panic"... each job got the same amount of "fun" (relatively). it depends on what you like. some may like mobility, some may like power, some may like ranged, others may like melee and tanking with high hp. personally i like NLs and nightwalkers because they got mobility, and to me, thats fun.

Lolux : Most NL's don't want to look at the facts. They are boring, and besides, they don't have many uses outside of bossing,which is actually quite boring too, spamming TT all the time. How can you argue against one's opinon of what they find fun? It doesn't make sense how you can decide what someone finds fun. BTW nobody enjoys grinding or else everyone would be level 200.

From what i've heard, the Dpm chart is: 1.Corsair 2.BM 3.NL MM and Hero are definetly not up there--Dpm-wise.

For most People, Mobility + Speed = fun, and damage is just a secondary.

And bout shads i like them but for me i prefer a NL it's a matter of opinion every job got a speciality and i like what NLs are special with. it's very simple You asked OTHERS. There's only no diversity if you don't find a use for the other skills. I know many playes like to just snipe Newts, but there are also many that do utilize the other skills like Avenger to get more out of the job. If a Sin/Hermit never goes beyond just L7, they're missing out on some kick-ass stuff like being able to solo C. Rogs at lvl 75, training at mob-based areas like Himes/NS/Etc. xD

There's no variety of epic feeling aside from their damage. They ARE boring. Just not super-hell-boring, people just like to exaggerate. Next, Shadowers have better avoid by pure formula. Shadower Shifter: max 40% success. Night Lord Shifter: max 30% success. There, we win. People who've played Night Lords probably do appreciate how they can be fun. Damage, and Mobility are great, however there's no variation. Almost all other classes have more exciting styles of play. This man speaks the full truth. I do have to say though I started to get sick of it around lvl115, but that is just me. After getting TT it got a little better until you get it to TT20 then it gets on your nerves again a bit. I love the damage and mobility, but I do have to say I wish NLs had more than that to mess with. I started to mess with shadow web while i train to try to change it up a bit o.O Weird I know, but I find it at least another skill to use lol. Tired of FJing around and using avenger to mob then TT constantly to kill the mob afterward. Boredom of a class is based on the person who plays the class. NLs ARE boring like Jun said, but depending how immune to that is all on you. Every class after a while gets boring. Just people see NLs are boring faster because of the factor of just spamming Lucky 7 and TT.

The thing is the nifty skills we get to play around with and add variety usually come later in 4th for most recommended builds. I took a blind leap o' faith off the path and I don't regret it. I got Shifter to 10 before I even got TT to 20. My damage suffered a bit, but in return I got to get points early into Ambush and Taunt compared to most other NLs. I also have a point in Storm (fun quest IMO and well-worth it). Now I train at OMTs having Storm+Avenger+Taunt as my main method of fighting and occassionally use some Web+Ambush. I love soloing there even though it's slower than the boring old Newts party. xD For sure, TT by itself is boring. I would've quit long ago if that was the only new skill we got. The biggest obstacle is to be able to either stray off the regular path or else be patient in order to get to the goodies. xD
