10% GM scrolls?

Hello basil, I remember a while back there were quite a few 10% GM one handed sword attack scrolls, that worked 100% of the time. I wanted to know if this was an event or if its still possible to get these. and if so how would I go about getting one (with what % chance if there is one involved) Thanks~

I think you can get one by doing the nightshadow badge exchange quest.

They were from above, I believe they were removed. Shell out a couple bil if you want one.

There was a guy that had an entire shop filled with them (16 1H Sword Gm Scrolls!) in Broa about two weeks ago. Everyone went, and boy was it crowded. >__>
