I just got the skill and im wondering if for the monster crystals does that char have to get the monster drops himself to make the monster crystal? or can i use a higher lvl account to get monster drops

You can use any character to get the drops to make the monster crystals.

oh because i transferred 100 drops from my lvl 60 wind archer to my page and it doesnt work for some reason

Some monster ETC can't be transformed into Monster Crystals, keep that in mind. I collected 100 ETC off of from Himes and it wouldn't let me convert the ETC into a Crystal. It's weird stuff, and Himes are a good way to farm crystals. Also you can't use ETC from monsters that are Level 1~30, the monster ETC has to be Lv31 and above, anything below just won't cut it.

Usually foreign stuff or Pre-exclusive maps are not allowed to be made into crystals. (singapore monsters Himes... n such.) The Monster drop must be lvl 30+ at least.

The drops i got were from MP3, i think they are over lvl 31

You can't make stuff from singapore into Monster Crystals, I've tried and failed many times. :P Most other drops do work though.

I think you can only make it from monster drops in your monster book thingy. Hime, slimy and jr selkie aren't in it.
