Does this commercial use Voiceovers?

Same thing with the multigrain cheerios commercial, but I found out it was originally a british commercial and they americanized it O.o

That commercial kind of pissed me off because it was WAY off. I always knew something was wrong with that commercial. :P I know every commercial has a voice over and stuff, but that one is way off.
