Continue brawler or make a slinger?

Idk what to choose :[ I have a lvl 37 brawler and a lvl 0 gunslinger LOL I honestly don't know how far I'm going to get =/ I'm not super rich either >.< Which one would you choose?

Your preferred playing style decides that o.o Up close and personal - take the brawler Not so up close and personal - take the slinger I've never tried a slinger but I hear they're pretty fun. Then again, I love my brawler too much to restart again :D Personal choice: Brawler - I've had too much long range chars in the past, I've grown tired of sniping

Well, if you think that you can prepare for 70 levels of hell, i would just restart and go for the Gunslinger. "Hell" as in LOWWWWWWWW damage. If you dont think you can.....continue your Brawler. (Also if you like ranged, go Gunslinger >.>, if you like Melee go Brawler) ^^ I thought that was obvious enough :D

i made a lvl 37 gs (ign: Lusifre) then i quit midway and randomly made a lvl 154 bucc. my gf, on the other hand, made a lvl 16X corsair from scratch and now i really really envy her.

If you have the patience to get to 70 while hitting the dmg of lvl 30s, then choose the Slinger If you wanna hit hard right away, go for Brawler I've made both and I find both jobs fun

This thread in a nutshell: some offhand guys that say i made both with some bad facts(both brawlers and slingers(past 4th job) have melee and range aspects+ fun will and always will be subjective. slingers: make a slinger brawler:make a brawler

if your willing to work on your pirate till 3rd job then i would say slinger, if ur trying for fun then brawler

brawlers are still worthwile after 3rd job.
