61 att bracer WTH?

My friend irl says he has a 61 att shinobi bracer.. Is that even possible..? Not really good w/ numbers lol.. for all of you number chrunchers out there.. mind giving statistics..? ty (:

I am not sure about the highest attack on a clean bracer but 5x9=45 so it is in theory certainly possible.

Lets say an average bracer? 28~30 atk.. Lets assume he used hammer, 9 Slots X 5 atk each scroll means 45 atk, 45+28 - 73 atk... It can be.
