Lmao. Nothing is guaranteed for gaching. You can use a billion tickets and maybe not get one due to the screwed up ratio system. I can say like 35 you should have a balanced amount of chance to acquire one.

Yea, you could get it on your first ticket, your your 101st ticket. But you will more then likely get it with 35. I used 22 yesterday and I didn't get one.
