Old face Accessory?

I saw under people listing under wanted (on MTS) and on several item databases an old face accessory line of Popsicles, and was wondering if anyone could vouch for seeing, owning, or knowing how to get one ingame.P.S. the flavors are chocolate, strawberry, melon, and watermelon I think :D

I think it was an event which we have data for but never got around to using it. I've never seen one in GMS, only expiring ones in other versions.
