I am experiencing something weird and its kind of hard to explain. Well, I had created a new character on a new account because i gave my old one away. The reason I gave away is because the game was acting up and still is. I am trying to figure out what is going on and hopefully you guys can help me. When I used to play on my laptop which had vista, it worked almost perfect. But since that broke, I am forced to use my moms computer. She has a HP Pavilion slimeline s2332w with vista. Anyways, when the game starts up and says nexon, its fine. When putting in my passowrd and pin, its fine. Then choosing my server and channel its a little slow. But here is the problem. When the game is actually going, its very slow and delayed. Its not laggy, its just slow and delayed. And what I mean, is like if I jump attack or anything, its takes a second that does that action. It doesn't do it right away like it should. Also chatting, its slow and delayed. I don't understand what is going on. I have set in the capabilities, to run under teh windows xp and run under admin. I have installed direct x 9.0 for vista. The direct x 9.0 for xp didnt' want to work. I have reset my internet connection (cable) and its still the same. I am unsure of what else to do. I have done the virus scan. Please, if there is anything else that I could do, please help me. I would hate to give up the game again. I was playing combat arms, but its not as fun. So please help me out. It would be appreciated.

I really wouldn't know what to tell you, that delay is usually caused by lag but as you say you're internet connection is fine, unless you're using a wireless router. Lag can be caused by many things, such as downloads, and what not. Do you have any other computers in the house that share the same internet connection, do you download things while you play Maple?

no she doesn't watch. Also, this is the only computer in the house that has internet. Why would I need a new keyboard? I don't know what else to do

lol, that is lag... get new internet u might be downloading something with ur internet (not comp, ur internet connection)

btw the "delay" ur talking about and explained is lag HolyFusion : If it's not lag and is delay then it probably is your internet. Open up some ports on your router. he doesnt have a router hes using wired. also check your internet speed with this site http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ (pick the server(city and state) closest to your house) and tell us what it is. ur problem is either slow computer or slow internet. what is the ram of the computer. upgrading it could fix the problem and isnt that expensive. u should upgrade it to 4 gb. that should be enough. also try erasing lots of junk on the computer(dont erase anything that u havent downloaded urself without asking ur mom). edit: also if you know the speed of internet u r paying for u could try to compare that the the results of the speed test.
