Arcade > both You want an FPS? Play Time Crisis. You want a fighting game? Play Tekken (#6 has been out since last year) The only problem is it's more expensive and you can't mod.

Arcade machines? Not everyone has them in their area and I highly doubt they have the money to get their own personal machine.

COChaos : Ha ha, thanks for the laugh. Problem with gaming now is that you don't have to face anyone face to face which means more trash talking, more little tykes, and less activity. The people I see around at arcades are never some youths or obese ugly people.

COChaos : well, almost everything hee hee. i c wut u did dar. Anyways, on topic, PC Gaming are for those people who want to brag about "Oh, me? I can run Crysis 2 on full screen", that have the money to buy a decent gaming PC or the parts to build one, and if they prefer mouse/keyboard over a controller.

The people I see around at arcades are never some youths or obese ugly people. Even at good, busy arcades, you won't talk to anyone. You'll put your quarter down, wait, look at people play, and talk to your friends (if you brought any along) while you wait for your turn. I've been to a few in my day, and I tried to make friends, but unless you go to the same arcade on a routine and constantly talk to people, you're not gonna get much out of it other than seeing the person that kicked your ass. This is all fighting games, tho. in co-op games, more or less the same thing. Usually, if you jump into Time Crisis or Metal Slug alone, you're not gonna get back up, but if you do, you'll share a laugh or two (maybe, depends on how friendly you guys are with each other) and that's it. You prolly won't see the guy again. Online gaming has made things much more accessible to people, and with ANYTHING that's done online, you lose that sense of community you get at arcades (and I said "sense" for a reason. If it's not a busy, profiting arcade, you're prolly gonna see an empty room with a few people playing the games you prolly don't want to play like KoF or Maximum Tune.) Also, lulz, they may not be fat or young, but they're prolly riffraff that stick close to their friends... or nerds.
