I just recently bought a PAC 2 attack 6 luck for 16m Did i get ripped? P/C on it, bellocan plz Cos i think i did xD

Omg lucky. Yes resell it or keep if you REALLY need it. 2/6 PAC's in Bellocan are like 40m? 2/8's are 55m so go down a little

Um, by the judge of your char, no you should not sell it. If you have a better cape that that PAC, then sell it by all means. If not, i advise you to keep it until you do get a better cape.
