Tiny bumps on my scalp?

So I've been getting these more frequently within the last three days. I haven't showered in two days but I've washed my face.. but anyway. I was doing sit-ups after a run and when I sat back down, I felt something on my head. I poked it, and it hurt quite a bit. I started pressing a bit on it and it hurt more.. Are these potentially malignant? Or are they just benign? They could just be like.. head acne right? Or perhaps tumors..
