All of a sudden my antivirus is picking up this file named ehsvc.dll that was in my Hackshield folder. I can`t delete it, and my antivirus won`t, and I can`t even uninstall Maplestory because of it. Should I be worried? Or is this normal? Is it in everyone`s Hackshield folder?

I have it too. It's fine, your antivirus is just acting weird. EDIT: I've never downloaded hacks or anything of that sort. Just if you want to know.

I have it in my Hackshield folder as well. I scanned with spybot and nothing was found.

van1330gg : google it yourself =P I "Googled" it and got stuff on people wanting the file for the hackshield. It seems like it's needed. Edit: By "wanting", I mean that the person is missing the file.

I think this has already been discussed that Nexon places certain *.dll's(direct link library, or in other words, drivers) in their folders, or in the HackShield folders as a part of their "root kit" system, i.e. HackShield. Sooo... there's the explanation. Everyone should know by now that Nexon log's just about anything from your computer they want when you log in, to make sure that you're not hacking and such. No worries though.

... Throw out your free avg sht (avg = fail a/v with detecting itunes as virus, MS as virus, etc.) and get a paid one like Norton (ppl hate norton cause their comps can't handle this level of pro-ness...) :D

Norton has a crap load of false positives. If you really want a good paid one, get ESET NOD32 if you have a low end computer, or Kaspersky for the more higherends as Kaspersky takes more resources, but is I believe a bit better. If not, I think Avira is the best free. Btw, Kaspersky scans are quite long. With about 200gb worth of files, it took me over 9 hours, though it might've just been my computer being slow cause I've left it on for a few days. Also, I don't think Norton even detects things well. More false positives than detected, resource hogger.
