Yes you can go. I went there around level 62. I was getting like 2% a minute there without 2xexp. Trained there until level 71 currently level 71.

cristi : haha thx but i was wondering is it really hard to get to the lower ascent? o.o cuz i really suk at jump quests It really isn't that hard. Join the club, I suck at jump quests to. Amazingly, however, the jump quest before WR is the only one I can do. It take some practice, but after the first couple successful tries you'll get the hang of it. Look up some videos on youtube on how to do the jump quest and you'll be fine. Also be prepared to completely fail the first couple times you try, but once again it did not take me long to master it, and probably won't take you long either. I'd also like to note that if you die at jump quest you only lose 1% or so of your exp.

haha I suck at them as well. it's really easy. Search it on youtube, and he will show you the timing for everything. The only part that is kind of iffy is towards the end of the first JQ map, but even with that if you get the timing down it's not a problem. Even if you do.. only 1% lost, but yes, really freaking annoying to die by that. =(

I say go there as soon as you can hit them. And the jump quest isnt that difficult once you get used to it, and no u dont get teled out if u cc.
