So, I've been wondering if there's an existed 31 att WG?

only 27att wg is possible with 10% or 30% scrolls with a hammered bwg, and none fail. you could theoreitcally 30% the bwg to 3att 8slot and chaos it 8times and get a 43 att bwg? not sure if thats correct.

No. The highest attack wg currently in existence are a few 27 attack ones. Also some 26 scgs.

Max attack as in Chaosed? I highly doubt it. Max attack as in 10%/30% and Vicioused? Yes there are quite a few.

Their is no way in hell someone would ever get the chaos scroll to add 5 eight times in a row, the chances of getting it to go +5 just once is like 1/1000 and they chances of it decreasing the atk are even more then that
