Technically, college students {18} regularly disobey, so wouldn't lowering the age ease up on the arrests {cop stress} and in a sense teach responsibility? {not really?} Opinions?

Fade2BlacK : I think high school students would be the college students after that. Like high school students don't drink already. That wouldn't help. The age is 19 where I live anyways.

It should never be 16. That would only encourage dumb actions and driving drunk (especially since you can get your license at 16 in Florida). Maybe 18. It wouldn't be as bad as 16, but some kids aren't any more mature at 18 than when they were 16.

I think 16 is to young. It will also makes teens think about driving and drinking which is BAD, 18 still your starting to mature but still rowdy and then at 21 you start to get calm and have a sense of humour. That is way I want to be 25 years old.

Don't need to because people would still drink if they're under aged.

in Wisconsin or something they allow anyone to drink as long as they have someone over 21 drinking with them ie: a 12 year old can have some beer as long as there with a 21+ year old

If i am correct, the front part of your brain, which controls your "sensible thinking," isn't developed until you are around 20-21. Drinking messes with that part of your brain so that hinders the growth of your brain.
