Making 100m+ with 20k NX?

So I got 20k NX for my birthday about half a year ago and just today decided to scratch off the code on the back. Well, as of a little while ago, there have been these little scissors of Karma things in the CS the basicly let you sell zHelms and other things. So basicly I found that on windia zHelms sell for ~100m. So right now, I'm looking for a zHelm (preferably one with good stats for a mage, but I wont be picky) for 100m, and also the most price effective way to spend my NX. After look, I found that an above average PAC selles for 15k-25k nx (after tax) and ~450m mesos, in windia. And so I ask you, is spending the majority of my NX on one PAC in order to bring my mesos form 6m-100m+ the best idea, or should I try scrolls? EDIT: I don't care if the NX:MESO ratio is 1:10, what should I buy in the MTS? (Don't want to get scammed) EDIT: Other is Tied with don't waste NX... so what should I spend my NX on then if you don't think this is the proper way?

idk for windia, but in scania 1k nx = 9m so if u sell it u got 180mil xD
