My friend just started mapling a few days ago,he doesnt play much since he's not yet so much into the game. Anyways,he's about to make his 1st job advancement tomorrow as a warrior.He plans to continue upto the fourth job and so he's asking which is better unfunded? A Dark Knight or a Hero? He is completely unfunded and is a total lover of big numbers on the damage counter. He also wants decent accuracy. I told him that weapons & gear wont be a problem with the maker skill but still he's stressing on the damage factor. So i ask you guys which one is better?

i think so coz when ur around 125+ u can sell BF leech and make like alot ive made like 400m+ easy money

If he likes seeing big numbers, than he should probably be a Hero... Crusaders hit the biggest numbers in a single strike earliest in the game. He'll probably be freaking out over dishing 30k+ in 3rd job =p Still, no class is better than any other, funded or unfunded. I only suggested being a Hero, because he wants to see that big number. And for the record, if he's going to go completely unfunded, reccomend to him to be normal DEX. That means getting his base DEX to 60 by lv 30, then to 70-80 by lv 70.

In 3rd job Crusaders hit the biggest #'s with Panic and Coma as finishers. Though Swords right now cost more than spears thats up to him what he wants more.

Dark Knight: - Cheapest Optimal Weapons(Polearms are best until 120, which = money for you) - Party lovers(Meaning you will likely have a priest helping you with potions for HB) - Longest Range(Meaning you can train at places with enemies rarely touching you)

Also, they may have the longest range, but they barely ever get the KB to keep that range.

Start of with Dark Knight because Heros need atl sheilds (For higher atk) and Dark Knights r easy to fund and he can lvl fast since alot of Bishops r in need of Dk

Wtf at all the 'dark knights are your best choice' posters? I must be on the wrong server. I'm paying 4 to 6m per spear scroll, 50+ per decent scrolled wep and 300 to 325m for berserk 30. Am I in a bad server or are you guys just highly overexaggerating? You mean to tell that a drk is easier to fund than a paladin? Seriously? Ignore half these people. Wk's r the easiest to fund solo and are the best to lvl solo, though yes, they are th most boring. All classes cost the same since they all share the same gear, weapons aside. Heroes do have expensive weps but that's cause swords and shields are shared between them and white knights and dawn warriors. Seriously though, dk's arent a die a dozen either whoever said that. Hb mules r very common but full fledged 130+ drks r quite rare and bishops actually outnumber them by almost twice as much. Everyone and their mom has a bishop. They lvl too fast and eaisly for ppl not to have one. I'd say Axe Hero Or Bw Paladin.

Spear are really expensive, pole arms are not. 105 att eclipse for ~5m? The problem with swords is that they become expensive lvl 90+
