I've been trying to play Maplesea using a proxy ip because I live in Canada and my ip is blocked. It worked but the next day it starts disconnecting me several seconds after I log in and sometimes it closes maplestory itself and says it could not connect. I tried different proxies but the same thing keeps happening. Proxifier has a check and it says they are working.

Same this happens to me on my laptop ; btw, idk what proxies are, all I know is that I can play maple on my desktop fine but I keep disconnecting on my laptop >_>

They assign you a different IP adress from anohter country i think.

proxy is when you use another ip to connect to bypass the ip block that they have.

They wouldn't really know if you're using a proxy, and I doubt they would really care. @Futakeye, with proxifier, you get to choose the IP you use. It's not a random IP.

Connecting to MapleSEA is harder than connecting to jMS for some reason. Anyone know if Canadian IPs were blocked too?

anyone connected to maplesea with proxy before or know how to set up a vpn connection for it? Not that japanese one thats on it but for singapore
