Reaction to the Non/Existance of God

Lets say you were Atheist and/or someone that does not believe in a omnipotence entity, but then the truth was revealed, God actually existed , the supreme deity existed and was the one responsible for the creation of the universe. How would you feel in such a situation? Or rather, what would you do? Let's say you were a faithful believer of an omnipotence entity that existed, but then the truth of life was revealed, God did not exist, there was no intelligent deity that created the universe, no one looking over you or anything. How would you feel in such a situation? Or rather, what would you do? All your beliefs were shattered before your eyes.

Playstation : I'd not change my ways... I wouldn't accept it if he didn't exist. I'd have a bunch of questions if I ever did, and probably become a scientist to figure them out. Questions like, Why is my conscience in this body? Why am I me? Why do I live, and why am I not someone else? What happens after death? your brain attributes to most of those things you stated.

If it turned out there is a god, I would acknowledge the fact that he does exist but wouldn't worship the deity.

If it was proven there was a God, I honestly don't think I'd be like "OMG that's impossible". I don't believe there is a god, but it isn't something I've completely ruled out.
