Source Apparently Disney is buying Marvel for 4 billion. I hate Disney even more now, although this may be well known by now o.O

And really, everybody is blowing this way out of proportion and not looking at any actual information aside from articles saying the companies are merging. Take a look at imogene's thread regarding the merger and you'll a) know a lot more regarding the situation and b) stop freaking out unreasonably. And last I checked, companies don't have to "make a good match" to merge, so that's irrelevant.
