I hear people talking about this, and I saw screenie the other day of what one of the potential hairstyles from this was. I'm just wondering: where is the NPC, and how do you get the cupons? ( I checked EVERYWHERE in the CS...)

Royal hair coupons were removed from the game for a while now. o__o; Unforunately, you can't get them anymore. x: You'll have to wait 'till it comes back, and who knows when that'll happen.

Well, what's the difference between Royal Cupons and the other stuff?

Well, Royal Coupons cost more than regular EXP coupons (I believe they were around 3k NX). And there's only about 7 Royal hairstyles, so the chances of getting a certain hair is higher than using a EXP coupon in a regular town. ANDDD, the Royal hairstyles were only available for a short amount of time. :O
