I think i broke my sisters computer

Ok so i was using my sisters computer and then it all of a sudden turned off and now it won't turn back on. It's plugged into the battery charger so it has battery. Alsp its an iBook G4 so it's a mac and its 3-5 years old not exactly sure. Can somebody please tell me how to fix it or else i'm soooo dead Also i posted this in the tech section but i only got one answer and it wasn't very helpful so i posted it here

Are you sure the plug side of the battery charger is plugged in to the power outlet? 0_0
