Over Rated and under rated Rappers

Idc if you like rap cause most of you people listen to other stuff on basil. I started listening to rap when i was 6, not because i was a gangsta yo yo kid, i liked the beats and flow. So now, im listening to rap, and i love it and read all the latest facts. What has been on my mind is Over Rated rappers, and under rated ones. I see more under rated ones, such as Lil Wayne <~ YES he is under rated IN MOST CASES and IMO. People say he sucks, sounds like this that. Discuss some over rated and under rated rappers
