What is "Leech" exactly?

Yes, I do feel dumb and I keep hearing about it. What is it and how does it work? I keep hearing stuff like, WR leech. It's all used with abbreviations and I have no clue what they mean. When I heard about BS leech I thought, BS as in...Britney Spears? -big fail- Can someone list all the types of leeches for me? How does selling leech work? What jobs usually sell leech? Should my level 62 NightWalker look into selling leech or in the future? Thank you. :D

Leec is when u pay someone to kill something for you while your in their party. U therefore get some exp from their kill if you are 5 levels below the monsters or any level above the monster. WR leech is windraider leech. Any abbreviation is just simply an abbreviation of a monster's name. Bishops and archmages are very useful and good at selling harps leech because they are able to one hit ko 15 monsters at the same time. For bosses like big foot, you can hire a power guard mule to 'hit' bigfoot. (You only need a power guard mule if you can't hit a monster) You get exp off of the power guard mule's dmg done to the big foot or whatever monster. 4th job warriors are the most common leech sellers for big foot. Your nightwalker can leech Headless horseman in the future when you can kill in less than 5 minutes.

its when you pay someone else to train you. it usually bishops or some other 4th job mage that sells it cus they have genesis and meteor shower and blizzard. you pay a bishop/etc by the hour to party you and they just spam genesis/etc while u sit there
