Quests Cygnus Knights cannot do?

Is there a list out there for the quests Ck's can't do? I was trying to do "Finding Jack" and I have all the pre-requisite quests completed but it didn't show it when I tried to speak with John Barricade. I really want to get the quest done because I have 500 Windraider badges Thanks

No I.Q. puns please so quests like Jane and the wild boar were unavailable and now fixed. Is Finding Jack still not fixed is basically what I'm wondering. And a list would also be nice. Google didn't help me

Ohh so the info on hidden-street must be incorrect then. This being said, I'm currently at the map piece quest. Just all of John's quests right? Or all of Nlc? I've completed Gorlab's and one more to go for John, and do I have to complete the mayor's quest?
