God dammit, I hate parents. I hate how they try and make you feel like crap to feel bad. I hate how they repeat themselves 500 times when they're mad at you. I hate how you never do enough, and you never give them enough respect. What do you hate about parents? I hate to give them atleast respect for giving me life and a place to live. But otherwise, I'd rather be out on my own without them.

ummm.. i don't really have major problems with mine. i don't like that when i go to my dad's house, he knocks on my door like every half hour to tell me something useless. like, "i'm going to paint the basement!" or "i'm going to call my brother!". ok..?

Falican, Your parents raised you and sacrificed there time to support you... if you don't care then just live on your own without clothes or money because you wouldn't be here without the things they gave you like food, water, and shelter... You could have been put up for adoption or died when you were a week old but nooooo.... your parents cared about you so they raised you.

i hate how my parents feed me, give me a place to stay, buy me birthday presents, and pay for my education. i hate it so much.

Wow Falician, you sure know alot about nothing. First of all, your parents love you more than anyone else (except maybe each other), so don't go on forums and badmouth them. They raised you, and as someone already said, sacrificed a LOT for you. They work their whole lives to provide for you, and your life after you leave home. They want to see you succeed, and if that means getting angry at you and repeating the same thing 500 times over to get their points across to you, then that's what they'll do. Your parents are also older than you, and although they haven't gone through the same hardships and troubles as you (although I doubt you've ever experienced real pain, or ever lived through true harsh times), they have gone through much to get to where they are right now. Your argument is just the sort that a confused teenager would make to let loose their anger, which is acceptable, but if your belief lies within the above argument, you have to change.

My parents have no idea what today's society is like. They are from a farming town/village in Mexico and only went up to 6th grade. My dad thinks hes really smart and is really arrogant. He thinks USA media and entertainment is stupid (Like movies and stuff) and thinks its easy to live in this generation. He expects me to live on like $20 a week. (That means buying everything...Food, Clothing, transportation, etc) Food here is expensive. You need atleast 3-4dollars to get a small burger and small drink...
