Fastest way to 70 excluding leech?

Hi, I'm a 64 reg. f/p wizard and was wondering what is the fastest way to lvl to 70? I know that LMPQ is a good pq, but if there is a good training ground or better pq overall please post it. Thanks :D

if you have poison>> master death teddies! I got my f/p from 50 to 80 in about a week a there... (I don't know if that's fast anymore tho, 3 years ago it was)

Master Death Teddies are hard to go to, and they have a lot of hp and 1300 exp. What is your method and how much % did you get there when you were lvl 64?
