when to use scrolls?

im a lvl 53 brawler and i have a clean 5 slot fury claw. im pretty poor (only 4 mil) but some really nice person gave 2 60% knuckle att scrolls. so my question is. since i cant realy afford that many scrolls. should i use the scrolls now and buy 3 more or should i wait for physcho claw/maple storm finger. help is appreciated.

wait till 80? knuckle scrolls arent THAT expensive i was thinking either now or 60-64. should i really wait till 80?
