Innactive accounts deleted?

hello, i was inactive on MS for quite some time and have recently started playing again. I went to log on to basil using my old account (same name as this) and it told me that it did not exist. So i made a new one with the same name and it said the name was available. i was 99% sure that i had the name right and everything seeing as it is the name of my ice mage, but i figured i must have made some mistake. i just went to my feedback and i saw all my old feedback's and things i specifically remember writing, though my feedback says 0%. so whats the deal? was my old account deleted? did re-creating the account re-activate it? What information is saved and what is lost? and also, what if after an account goes in active someone else makes an account using the same name? why do they see the feedback from the previous account?

GumGuy619 : Uhhhhhhh, try logging into the Nexon website my basil account not my maple account. i dont remember the last time i used basil but it could be anywhere between 1 1/2-3 years ago it was so strange the the account was gone to begin with and now finding information from my old account on this new one is just so confusing

Same to me Basiled in 06, had acc. Came back in 08, boom, no account I made a new one with same ID, dil33 I wish I could have that acc back and see old friends and feedbacks o.o

well i have my old feedbacks. i havent even finished any auctions yet. i have a bunch of feedback actually. only one is neg. and my feedback % is still 0. its just strange

Same thing happened to me. I lost my account I made back in '06 so I had to make a new one. I lost all my feedback. Oh well. :/

You can get deleted simply for being dead for a few months? That's lame

it wasnt a few months, it was like 2 years. the one guy said it was a year and he was fine.

I remember someone saying that feedback sticks around because it's the same account name on the server. It's weird, but it happens.

MrBasil routinely removes old and inactive accounts. : My friend who never logged in for more than a year and a half got his BasilID removed.

Inactive accounts sometimes get deleted. Also, the feedback still shows because the website has a glitch for when you make an account with the same name as an old account.
