People keep telling me that V/Hoodoo training would be good for a lvl 60 DW. The only good map I can find is a map with 4 of them that spawn relatively slow...Is there a better map. MP3 seemed really good for me, but someone said that 4 levels in 3 hours on 4x exp was really bad...Should I be training elsewhere? I can hit WRs at 100%, but they just have too much HP and it takes me forever to kill them, and I waste a lot of pots. Also, I would get uber KSed if I were to go there during 2x, or at any high-playing part of the day. Would V/Hoodoos be better for me, and if not, where should I be training? Thanks, Chaseroonie

I went from 86-92 in 4 hours of 4x. (3 hour event, 1 hour family rep). Your training is relatively slow. I would suggest you try something else, although I'm not sure.

Hoodoos was way better than MP3. I know the spawn seems slow but the HP:EXP ratio makes up for it. I measure my % gain per 10 minutes with a speed pill. Back when EXP pendants were still available, I gained 2% more per 10 minutes, or 12% more EXP in an hour more than at MP3. I'm a Thunder Breaker though, it might be a little different for a Dawn Warrior but I don't think the difference would be too much.

If you were like lv65 and you were training 4x at mp3, you would probably go from 65-70 within that 3hours. Its the amount of hits that make the difference

I dont think he's training slow at all. All some people care about is how many levels they gain during x4. Just find a place that works and train.

Well I can hit WRs 100% of the time, they just take FOREVER to kill, take a ton of pots to kill, and Lower Ascent is extremely hard to get to, and there are tons of KSers there. Should I just stick at MP3? I haven't tried my damage since I got my new Sparta, and my damage has increased a lot. I went from a 82/4 Lion's Fang to a 96/6 Sparta, so my damage is probably way better. Any suggestions anybody?

i train alone during normal exp there all the time, and got my dawn warrior to 70 no problem, i think its efficient at voodoos
Chaseroonie 08/30/09 + PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT
Wait, you trained efficiently at voodoos? What map? That's what I'm asking..What map is best to train on?

It was 6-10%/hr better than MP3, and much less crowded, and I would assume that you will get similar results because you might not have to move as much, with soul blade (I'm not too familiar with DW training, in case soul blade isn't the only attack you use). V/Hoodoos are easy to reach, have great exp:hp ratios, and are decent money (MP3 usually burns more pots for me as a TB, but have better drops) *Off-Topic* When I get to 70, which is better to put my first point into? sparks (extra damage after attacks), sharkwave (because it's sharkwave), drain (pot-saver) or transform (to be cool)?
