Hello everyone! I have just got a new Bandit, and I need a good build for it. It has a mix of LUK and DEX, and has 2mil. Just a question- which skill should i upgrade first? I would like a Bandit that is fast, by the way> Thank you everyone! Just needed some Basilish help!
