Which monster has the highest drop rate for these two ores ? Thanks in advance.

I got a large amount of Power Crystal ores just from killing Stormbreakers casually to jog the spawn at Windraiders.

Winrdaiders drop dex ore quite often and for power crystal ore http://www.mapletip.com/etc-items/Power%20Crystal%20Ore/4004000
