Magatia Lab maps = Death to my keyboard?

Whenever I try to use my Slash Blast attack in any of the maps in Magatia, after 3-4 attacks Maplestory disables my keyboard. Every button is locked and the only thing I can do is click Menu > Quit Game. Hopefully I can quit before I die -_- Does this happen to anyone else? The weirdest part is that my keyboard is locked up even outside of Maple. No other program can detect my keyboard once this happens. So far, the only fix for this I have found is to restart. So much for killing anything in Magatia. =/ If anyone has any recommendations, I'd greatly appreciate them.

Did you check where your keyboard connects to your computer? It might be loose or something. It happened to me, my keyboard came loose :P

Actually if it was the sticky keys function that shouldnt happen, if it was the only thing that should happen is this menu popping telling you its the sticky keys so yeah.

Why are people saying the cable came loose? If that was the case then restarting the computer wouldn't help

It has nothing to do with the keyboard being loose. The only time this ever happens is on the Magatia lab maps. My SB is on Shift, but I have Sticky Keys and all other shortcuts like that disabled.

Disabling the sticky keys doesn't help.... It still will pop up after a few consecutive button presses. The only issues I have with my external keyboard (connected to laptop) is that every once in a while my question mark and a few other punctuation keys will not be usable for typing, but the pots and skills I have assigned to those keys still work.

Just move your SB then. I disabled my sticky keys but I still get it.

there's more then just sticky keys, and not all of them activate in the same way. The last one that caught me wouldn't let any key respond unless I held it down for 10 secconds!

If you properly disable stickykeys, it won't pop up. To everyone whos says after disabling it's still coming up, it means you didn't disable properly. You have to do this: -Go to Control Panel -Go in Accessibility Options -You will be in Keyboard Tab. In the StickyKeys section, click Settings. -Window will be called Settings for StickyKeys. Under keyboard shortcut, uncheck the box [ ] Use shortcut. -Press OK, then uncheck the box [ ] Use stickykeys. -Uncheck the other boxes if you wish, then click Apply. Now the shortcut and StickyKeys itself should both be disabled.
